"Whatever you do don't order anything from Best Buy if you want it to show up. I ordered a large TV on November 11th for delivery on November 29th. I got confirmation emails and then the day before a text saying it would be arriving between 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.. I gave up my Saturday morning to be home. When I woke I had a text saying it was expected at 8:15 a.m.. 8:15 came and went and no TV but I figured oh well, they have till 11:30. Then 11:30 came and no TV. The app didn't provide a good update and they didn't answer their phone and when I finally got through to them they said "Oh yes it's on the way don't worry it will be there". Then I kept getting updates saying that the TV was nowhere to be found and I called several more times. It's very difficult to reach their customer service and when you do they have no reliable information. I ended up having to cancel the order that day and they offered to ship it to me a week later but I needed it for an event that week that I had planned on for a long time so it completely left me in a lurch. I ended up going to the Walmart app and buying a TV and it came the next day. I highly recommend shopping at Walmart or Amazon they're much more reliable and have much better customer service and communication."

Bought the bag option. Some of the boards had bent connector pins and component leads. One switch module had broken component making it unusable. The bag needs to be enclosed in a small cardboard box or something for shipping to prevent damage to the items. ok. a lot of pins are already damaged.
